Discovering the Poet Within

Lynnel has been writing poetry for at least 60 of her 65 years. She has taught a poetry workshop in a local university's MBA program, read at Bethlehem's Fire Light Theater, and been invited to join several "professional" poetry workshops. Lynnel holds an undergraduate degree in English, an MDiv, and a JD. She has practiced law, taught at all levels-elementary through graduate-and worked as a hospital and parish chaplain.

Eric is senior pastor at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Before coming to Trinity earlier this year, he served more than 13 years as communications director for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, often leading workshops in congregational communication. Eric continues to serve as a board member of Faith and Values Media, the religious partner in the Hallmark Channel, and as a consultant for the Office for Communication Services of the Lutheran World Federation.
