Making Mutual Ministry Work

Pastor and People examines the unique relationship between a pastor and congregation offering resources to support and strengthen that relationship. The book itself is a joint effort between the ELCA Division for Ministry and the Division for Congregational Ministries and includes the work of seven writers, each contributing a chapter. RevWriter Sue Lang authored the chapter on Pastoral Ministry Support.
   

While it is written from a Lutheran perspective, the book includes many resources and tools that will benefit pastor and people of many denominations.
