Conflict in the Church: Entrusted with the Message of Reconciliation is a two day retreat designed by the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center. It offers an opportunity to examine the nature of conflict and how it can be a source of renewal and transformation. Time is spent discovering one’s own response to conflict and how to effectively communicate amid the storm. This workshop is especially helpful for congregational leadership teams.

Conflict: Mere Survival…or Invitation to Grow - When you are going through conflict you’re more likely to feel like you are barely surviving than thriving. We’ll discuss the growing edges that conflict offers, both personally and corporately, and how to nurture the growth potential.

Conflict Transformation Skills for Churches is an all-day workshop designed by the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center. It looks at the nature of conflict and how it can be a source of renewal and transformation for individuals and congregations.

Each One Gifted - Explore the gifts of your congregational leadership team through the use of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory and learn how type preferences can influence leadership and communication styles.

Gifted for Mission - A day-long retreat to explore the individual gifts of your leadership team and the gifts of your congregation and how they might be utilized to refine congregational mission.

Identity from the Inside Out: A Leadership Toolbox - To be a healthy church, a congregation needs healthy leaders. This workshop offers tools to empower and strengthen your leaders in their ministry.

Keeping the Focus: Leadership During Times of Change - This is a look at the realities and challenges of congregational leadership during times of change. Includes a refresher on unhealthy and healthy communications.

Leading through Conflict and Keeping the Faith - A day-long retreat that explores healthy communications and leadership during times of congregational conflict.

The Two Faces of Conflict - Conflict is a sign of life and indicates a willingness to risk and to grow. Learn how to identify healthy conflict and to keep it from turning into a destructive force.
